When such changes occur, they are referred to as “Important Changes” — typically made before your departure based on the contact details you provided at the time of booking. These changes might significantly affect your scheduled travel plans.
If a major change or cancellation is necessary, we’ll notify you as early as possible and offer available alternatives such as:
- Rebooking on a different flight/date within the same travel class and budget (subject to airline availability)
- Purchasing an alternative trip; if chosen, it will be treated as a new booking
- Assistance in applying for a refund or travel credit (if allowed by the airline)
If the airline cancels the flight and permits a full refund, we will support you through the process.

- These policies apply to adult travelers only
- We do not provide compensation when cancellations are caused by circumstances beyond anyone’s control (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.)
